"Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

"Cendana Labs", "we", "us", or "our" means Cendana Labs, located at Jalan Ara SD7/3, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

"Programme" means any structured learning track offered by Cendana Labs, including AI Foundations, Machine Learning Track, and Deep Learning Foundry.

"Participant" or "you" means any individual who enrols in or purchases access to a Programme, or who uses our website.

"Content" means all programme materials, recordings, slides, exercises, project briefs, and any other materials provided by Cendana Labs in connection with a Programme.

"Website" means the Cendana Labs website at cendanal.live.

By completing an enrolment form, making a payment, or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with enrolment or use our website.

Our programmes are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to this Agreement.

Cendana Labs provides online AI education programmes delivered via live sessions, recorded materials, and project-based learning. Our current Programmes are AI Foundations (6 weeks, RM 970), Machine Learning Track (11 weeks, RM 1,440), and Deep Learning Foundry (13 weeks, RM 1,870).

Programmes run in cohorts with fixed start dates. Session schedules are communicated to enrolled participants prior to the start of each cohort. We endeavour to maintain planned schedules but reserve the right to adjust session timing where necessary, with reasonable notice to participants.

Our programmes are offered to participants based in Malaysia and to international participants on a case-by-case basis. There are no geographic restrictions on participation, though all sessions are conducted in English and scheduled in Malaysia Time (MYT).

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Access to programme materials, session links, and the peer channel is provided to confirmed participants before the cohort start date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any login credentials or access links we provide. Access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share materials, session links, or access credentials with third parties.

Where a Programme includes lasting access to recordings or materials, this access is provided for the personal use of the enrolled participant and is subject to the intellectual property terms in Section 6.

We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion and to remove a participant from a cohort if the terms of this Agreement are violated.

You agree to engage with programme materials and sessions in good faith, treat instructors and other participants with respect, and refrain from any conduct that disrupts the learning environment.

You agree not to record live sessions without prior written consent from Cendana Labs, redistribute programme materials to third parties, use programme content for commercial purposes, or misrepresent your identity or qualifications in connection with our programmes.

You acknowledge that learning outcomes depend significantly on your own effort and engagement. We provide structured instruction and feedback, but the application of skills to your particular context remains your responsibility.

All Content provided by Cendana Labs — including but not limited to slides, exercises, project briefs, session recordings, and written materials — is owned by or licensed to Cendana Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Enrolled participants are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Content solely for their own learning during and after their enrolled Programme. This licence does not permit redistribution, public display, adaptation, or commercial use of Content.

Work you produce independently as part of a programme (such as your own project code or analysis) remains your own. Cendana Labs does not claim ownership of participant-created work.

Pricing: Programme fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change. The fee applicable at the time of your enrolment confirmation applies to your enrolment. Prices are inclusive of all programme materials and session access as described.

Payment: Payment methods accepted are communicated during the enrolment process. Full payment is required to confirm enrolment unless a payment plan has been separately agreed in writing.

Refunds: If you withdraw from a Programme more than 14 days before the cohort start date, you are entitled to a full refund less any transaction fees. If you withdraw 7 to 14 days before the start date, a 50% refund applies. Withdrawals fewer than 7 days before the start date, or after the cohort has begun, are not eligible for a refund unless exceptional circumstances apply, at our discretion.

Programme cancellation: If Cendana Labs cancels a cohort before it begins, enrolled participants will receive a full refund. If a cohort is interrupted after it has begun due to circumstances within our control, we will work with participants to find a reasonable remedy.

Completion: Completion of a Programme is recognised on the basis of participation in sessions and submission of any required project work. There is no formal certification issued, and completion does not confer an academic qualification.

Cohort size: Each cohort is limited in size. Enrolment is processed in order of confirmed payment. If a cohort fills before your payment is processed, you will be offered a place in the next available cohort or a full refund.

Academic integrity: You are expected to produce your own work for project assignments. Submitting the work of others as your own is a violation of this Agreement and may result in removal from the Programme without refund.

Alumni space: Where a Programme includes access to a post-completion alumni space, this access is subject to the same conduct expectations as during the Programme and may be withdrawn if those expectations are not met.

Our programmes are provided in good faith and with care, but are offered on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that programme content will be error-free, that sessions will be uninterrupted, or that the content will remain current beyond the date of delivery.

We do not offer any assurance of employment outcomes, career advancement, or specific learning results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the participant's background, effort, and circumstances.

Nothing in our programmes constitutes professional advice in any regulated field. Any technical or conceptual material is provided for educational purposes only.

To the extent permitted by law, Cendana Labs' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a Programme or this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Programme in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of our programmes or website.

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, platform failures, power disruptions, or acts of government.

You may withdraw from a Programme at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 7. Withdrawal does not affect any obligations that arose prior to withdrawal.

We may remove a participant from a Programme, and terminate their access to materials, if they breach this Agreement, engage in conduct that disrupts the learning environment or affects other participants, or if any payment obligation is not met.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply after termination.

Governing law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. The Consumer Protection Act 1999 and Personal Data Protection Act 2010 apply where relevant.

Informal resolution: If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first at [email protected] to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter informally. We will aim to respond within 14 business days.

Jurisdiction: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Entire agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Cendana Labs with respect to your use of our programmes and website.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver: Failure by either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in future.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement in connection with a business transfer or reorganisation.
